Strategy, capital architecture & partnerships

Gehan founded the group around a single conviction: that the future of impact is not temporary relief, but building the conditions where relief is no longer needed. He sets the strategic direction and the long-term capital architecture that allow whole-system development to be planned, financed, and sequenced with discipline.

He leads the group's relationships with governments, development-finance institutions and impact investors — translating an ambitious vision into a structure that is rigorous, transparent, and built to endure.

Community partnership & Fijian engagement

Taufa anchors the group in the communities it serves. He leads engagement with Fijian community leaders, clans and government — ensuring that every programme is shaped by local priorities, advanced with genuine consent, and designed to protect and champion Fijian cultural heritage.

His work guarantees that local people are treated as co-owners of development, never merely its beneficiaries — the relationship on which the group's entire model depends.

Josh Van Zak

Programme design & delivery

Josh turns strategy into reality on the ground. He leads the design and delivery of the group's impact programmes — sequencing health, livelihoods, infrastructure and connectivity so that each layer strengthens the next, and holding delivery to measurable progress against the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

He oversees the operators and experts brought in to build local capability, ensuring their mandate is always to train, mentor, and hand over.

LEVUKA Ultra-Luxury Health & Wellness Resort

Jeff leads LEVUKA, the group's flagship hospitality venture and a deliberate model for responsible luxury. His mandate is to prove that world-class health and wellness hospitality can raise wages across the industry, build local Fijian talent into senior leadership, and set a new benchmark for how the sector gives back.

Under his direction, LEVUKA is conceived not as an enclave, but as an engine — channelling the value of premium tourism back into the communities and nation around it.
